We're always appreciative when we get to collaborate with great clients. Then to see everyone's hard work come to fruition is pure excitement.
For this commercial T.I. project, our client Rami had his value per sq. ft. down, and although SF DBI requested we modify a few existing conditions to suit the 5 year code cycle of accessibility, we were still able to meet those cost criteria that Rami had established. Construction is coming along, and we're looking at a November finish date!
